Terms of Service
Scope of Services & Fee Structure
These Terms govern all design consultations, space planning, and project management services provided by Luxury Residential Space Planning. Services are billed on an hourly basis ($250-$500/hr depending on phase) or as a fixed fee per agreed scope. A 50% deposit is required to commence work, with the balance due upon milestone completion. All fees are exclusive of materials, contractor costs, and permit fees. Late payments incur a 1.5% monthly finance charge.
Intellectual Property & Revisions
All design concepts, drawings, specifications, and digital files remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Clients receive a non-exclusive license to use the designs for the specified property only. Revisions beyond the initial two rounds are billed at hourly rates. Unauthorized reproduction or modification of our work without consent is prohibited.
Limitation of Liability & Dispute Resolution
We are not liable for delays caused by contractors, material shortages, or force majeure. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid. Any disputes shall first be mediated through an agreed neutral party; if unresolved, binding arbitration in accordance with AAA rules shall apply. These Terms are governed by New York State law.
